In reading blogs this week I noticed a trend towards purple, satin and lady like dresses. Look at Scarlett Johansson at the 58th Berlinale Film Festival:

Then I came upon this in In Style's The Look section:

Then I realized why I loved these dresses all along. I had bought a similar dress and have it on sale in my eBay store. It isn't my size otherwise I would be wearing it and none of you would have a chance to own it.....But alas I've gained more than my fair share of winter padding ;).
